 FAQs

  • We have a selection of packages you can pick from that will determine how long your film will be. We offer a 4 minute highlight, 6 minute film, 8 minute film and 10 minute film.

  • You should expect a next day trailer from me. If I am traveling home from the location then you should expect the trailer in 48 hours. As far as your wedding film goes, It'll be delivered within 6-10 weeks depending on what package is selected.

  • We do charge for travel in our first two base packages. We ask for our clients to cover milage if it exceeds 30 miles from our location, hotel accommodation’s and air fair if it is needed. Travel expenses will be invoiced and billed after the date of the event. However on our two premium packages, travel is included.

  • As much as we would love for you to choose your own music, we are very limited to using mainstream music due to copyright infringement laws. Legally, we cannot use any licensed music for your wedding video. However, we are subscribed to many royalty free music platform such as MusicBed, which enables us to ensure that we can get the any songs cleared from their catalog of music from any kind of copyright infringement legalities. MusicBed has a wide selection of music that helps us get the right song to tell the story of your day as best as possible.

    If however you really want a specific song, we can create a reel for you to post on instagram. *just know, thats the only place that video can live.

Zeng did an excellent job capturing our wedding! He went above and beyond as our videographer! He allowed us to be ourselves, and one of our favorite parts of the wedding was our time with Zeng! Our time with Zeng allowed us to enjoy one another in the midst of our busy wedding! 10/10 and I would highly recommend!
